Verveda Life provides an integrated AgriTech ecosystem connecting soil intelligence, crop advisory, AI-assisted crop health analysis, satellite field monitoring, drone service coordination, and agricultural input access through a network of farmers and partner centres.

Certain capabilities may be offered in pilot phases or vary by region and crop availability. Verveda Life may modify, expand, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

03. Advisory and AI Disclaimer

Soil interpretations, fertilizer schedules, crop advisories, satellite vegetation indicators, and AI-assisted crop health scans are provided as agronomic decision-support tools.

Actual field outcomes depend on weather, soil variability, irrigation, pest pressure, and application practices beyond our control. AI crop health results are not a substitute for on-field inspection by a qualified agronomist, and users should verify product labels and safety instructions before applying any agricultural input.

04. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate contact, farm, and enquiry information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful files, or interfere with service operations.

05. Orders, Bookings, and Payments

Orders for agricultural inputs, soil testing packages, or farm services placed through Verveda Life or authorised partner centres are subject to local availability, verification, and applicable pricing at the time of confirmation.

06. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, agronomic models, and visual materials on the Verveda Life platform are owned by or licensed to Verveda Life and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verveda Life and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including crop loss or yield variation resulting from reliance on advisory outputs, weather events, or third-party service delays.
